Cub Scouts

• 61% of Packs are of minimum size, 20 or more. Down from 75% in Dec 2023 and 68% in April.

• 44% of Packs have had y2y positive growth.  Up from 36% in Dec 2023, but down from 49% in April

• 86% have both Cubmaster and Committee Chair Trained, down from 90% in April. 

• 33% have sufficient registered adults, same as April.

• 69% make use of the summer camp programs.

• 83% of Packs have at least one scout advanced in rank in the last 6 months. 

  • Packs with 0% advancement is 17%, same as April, 

  • Packs with 1 to 29% advancement is 24%, down from 27% in April, and 

  • Packs with 30% or more scouts advancing is 58% up from 56% in April.

Scouts BSA

• 55% of Troops are of minimum size, 12 or more. Down from 60% in Dec 2023.

• 42.1% of Troops have had y2y positive growth.  Up dramatically from 32% in Dec 2023, but down from 58% in April.

• 95% have both Scoutmaster and Committee Chair Trained. 

• 84% have sufficient registered adults. (85% in April)

• 83% make use of the summer camp programs.

• 90% of Troops have at least one scout advanced in rank in the last 6 months.

  • Troops with 0% advancement is 10%, same as April,

  • Troops with 1 to 29% of youth advancing is 42%, up from 38% in April, and

  • Troops with 30% or more scouts advancing is 48%, down from 52% in April.
